1.Sustainable Stay at Lakeshore

(1) Check-in time is 16:00, and check-out time is 12:00.

(2)To support environmental sustainability, single-use toiletries and personal care products are not provided in guest rooms.For more details, please visit:The Sustainable Journey with Lakeshore↗

(3)To reduce plastic waste, we have replaced disposable bottled water with an in-room bamboo charcoal filtration system and reusable eco-friendly water pitchers.You may refill your pitcher at the water dispensers located on each floor. (*For in-room use only. Please do not take the pitcher outside the hotel. Cold water only—do not use for hot water.)

2.Facilities and Parking Services

Please note that Lakeshore Hotel Lakeside consists of three buildings: Family Room/Double Room/Windsor Hall，Click here for parking info ↗，As parking spaces are limited, we recommend dropping off your luggage at your designated building before proceeding to the Indoor Parking Lot, Second Parking Lot, or Third Parking Lot.If all on-site parking is full, our staff will guide you to a partnered parking area to avoid the inconvenience of dragging luggage long distances.After parking, please return to the 1F lobby of your building to complete the number ticket registration process.

3.In-House Facilities & Services

(1)Guest Breakfast: Served from 6:30 AM to 11:00 AM (last serving at 10:30 AM).To avoid peak hours, we recommend entering before 8:00 AM.

(2)Amenities: A wide range of facilities are available to enhance your stay, including the Health Club, Color Dimension, GYM, Sauna, and Select Shop for leisure, wellness, and business needs.For more details,please refer to the facility introduction↗

(3) Lakeshore Club operating hours: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM.All facilities will be closed daily from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM for cleaning and disinfection.

*Indoor Pool / Kids’ Pool / Spa Pool / Color Dimension / Brick Island / Little Rainbow Baby Park are open from 8:30 AM to 10:00 PM.

4.Special Notices

(1) To maintain a high-quality accommodation experience, pets are not allowed in guest rooms.

(2)To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel,except in the designated areas: the smoking room on the right side of the Building of Double Room entrance, and the outdoor smoking area at the front-right of the Building of Family Room entrance.If cigarette odors or butts are found in the room or balcony upon check-out, a cleaning fee of NT$6,000 will be charged.Any damage to hotel facilities caused by smoking will result in additional compensation based on actual repair costs.Thank you for helping us maintain a clean and smoke-free environment.

(3)Family-Friendly Services: Sterilizers, crib bumpers, baby cribs, and baby bathtubs are available.Quantities are limited; advance reservation is required.

(4) To provide an enhanced dining experience ,Choya will be undergoing operational adjustments and will suspend lunch and dinner service until August 31, 2025.We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
