The hotel features an approx. 1,650 sq ft indoor children's playground with a dedicated play area for infants aged 0–3, plus a children's pool suitable for babies through school-age kids.

The playground is divided into 5 themed zones:

Yes, the playground is fully indoors and unaffected by weather — perfect for rainy days too.

Lakeside Hsinchu features the approx. 7,600 m² (about 82,000 sq ft) LAKESHORE HEALTHCLUB, which includes a gym, indoor heated pool, children's splash area, and separate male and female saunas.

The children's pool has a water depth of about 60 centimeters, suitable for young children. Parents are advised to accompany young children into the water.

Yes, the children's facilities are closed for cleaning and disinfection every day from 12:00 to 14:00. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Q10. It's not check-in time yet; can the kids enter and play first?
Yes, on the day of check-in, you can use the children's facilities starting from 14:00; the official check-in time is 16:00.
Q11. Do parents need to accompany their children when using the facilities?
To ensure safety, parents are required to accompany and supervise children at all times in the play area.
