Q1. I booked a room on another platform and want to modify or cancel the order?
If you have made a reservation through another platform and need to change or cancel your order, please contact the customer service of the original booking platform for assistance.
Q2. Can the invoice be issued with a uniform number and title?
Yes. If you book through the official website, we can issue an electronic invoice with the uniform invoice number and title, or store the invoice in a carrier. Please inform the front desk staff at check-in.
The method and information for issuing invoices; if booked through other platforms, some invoices from those platforms may not be issued by the hotel, it is recommended to consult the original platform.
Q3. I have a accommodation voucher, how should I book a room?
Accommodation vouchers can only be booked through the official website, please go toAccommodation voucher booking areaHandle.
For paper and ibon tickets, please enter the ticket serial number. For electronic tickets, please enter the custom number. For detailed instructions, please refer to the page description.
Q4. What are the cancellation policies for bookings made on the official website?
(1) Cancellation on the day of stay or no-show: 100% of the total room rate will be charged.
(2) Cancellation 1-2 days before check-in: 50% of the total room rate will be charged.
(3) Cancellation 3 days (inclusive) or more before check-in: no charge.
If there are changes in regulations, it shall be based on the latest announcement of the Tourism Bureau's "Standardized Contract."

Q5. Can the National Travel Card be used for accommodation reimbursement?
Yes. Booking through the official website falls under the category of accommodations and allows the use of the National Travel Card for redemption. If you need to swipe the card on a specified date, you can process a refund and re-swipe the card on-site (completed within approximately 2 working weeks).
If you book through foreign platforms, since the payment is made to the platform, you cannot use the National Travel Card.
Q6. What is the charging method for additional guests in the room accommodation?
Children under 6 years old are free; for ages 6 to 10, an additional NT$500 per room per night; for ages 11 and above, considered as adults, an additional NT$800 per room per night.
The additional person fee includes breakfast and facility usage, but extra bed service is not provided.
Q7. Is shuttle service provided?
Currently, shuttle service is not available. You can take a taxi to:
Taiwan Railway Hsinchu Station → About 10–15 minutes by car
High-speed rail Hsinchu Station → about 30–40 minutes drive
Q8. Are there electric vehicle charging stations?
Yes, the parking lot on the basement floor of the Li Chi Pavilion has two electric vehicle charging stations. Please bring your own adapter when using them.
Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and reservations or holds are not provided. Please refer to on-site instructions for the charging fees.
Q9. Can I use the facilities in the hotel for all room bookings?
Booking through the official website allows free use of the facilities in the hotel without any additional charges.
Q10. Do you provide children's supplies?
Yes. You can make requests when booking. The items provided include: bed rails, bottle sterilizers, cribs, bathtubs, and small stools.
Limited quantity, please make a reservation in advance.
Q11. Are toothbrushes, toothpaste, and other disposable supplies provided?
In response to sustainable actions, only wall-mounted shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, and slippers are provided in the room.

Q12. How many buildings are there in the Lakeside Pavilion? What are the differences?
Windsor Hall: European castle style, mainly business rooms, with the Zuiyue Tower Chinese restaurant and banquet hall.
Lichih Pavilion: English country style, offering double rooms and various restaurants (Monet Banquet, Butterfly House Japanese Cuisine, Sunshine Bistro), and also has a banquet hall and underground parking.
The Champs-Élysées Pavilion: modern design style, mainly providing family rooms, and has the facility "Smoke and Waves Club".
Q13. What is the difference between a luxury family room and a prestigious family room?
The luxurious family room faces the landscaped garden inside the building; the prestigious family room faces the outdoor natural greenery.
Q14. Can the double room and family room be arranged in adjacent rooms?
The two types of rooms are located in different buildings, and it takes about 1-2 minutes to walk through the outdoor passage.
Q15. Can the room type have beds combined?
The room types in the hotel cannot accommodate extra beds, we apologize for any inconvenience.
Q16. Can the room see the lake view?
Due to the higher elevation of the lake surface, the room cannot directly overlook the lake view. It is recommended to walk about 5 minutes to the Qingshao Lake shore to enjoy the scenery.
