As a budget-conscious couple, we explored many wedding venues and read countless reviews before ultimately choosing Lakeshore Hotel Hsinchu. While the venue may not be as extravagant as some purpose-built wedding halls, we prioritized what truly mattered—excellent service and outstanding cuisine—and Lakeshore delivered on both.
Throughout the planning process, we were impressed not only by the attractive packages offered, but also by the hotel’s flexibility in responding to the challenges brought on by the pandemic. Our banquet coordinator, Angela, provided attentive and professional support, and also recommended trusted vendors, including the host and wedding photography and makeup teams, which made the entire planning experience much smoother.
We were able to successfully hold our wedding on May 3, thanks to the team’s thoughtful coordination.
One of the highlights of our wedding was our fully vegetarian banquet. Prepared with natural ingredients and without processed foods, the dishes were incredibly well received—even among guests who do not usually follow a vegetarian diet. The tasting experience alone left a lasting impression.
