Living near Lakeshore Hotel Hsinchu, we had always admired its European-style architecture. Every time we passed by, it felt romantic and photo-worthy—so when it came time to choose our wedding venue, the decision was easy.
We chose Windsor Castle, which perfectly suited the intimate yet elegant celebration we had envisioned.
Before the wedding, our banquet coordinator, Angela, carefully walked us through every detail—confirming the schedule, coordinating with all key contacts, and even reviewing our entrance video to ensure everything was just right. As we did not follow the traditional post-ceremony home visit, the hotel thoughtfully arranged a simple seated ceremony within the property, which meant a great deal to us.
On the wedding day, the venue décor—from the hotel’s elegant interiors to the floral arrangements, champagne tower, and photo backdrop—added an extra layer of charm to the celebration.
The banquet cuisine was not only beautifully presented with auspicious meanings, but also truly delicious. Some of our favorites included:
– Braised Napa Cabbage with Scallops and Chicken, where the sweetness of the scallops infused perfectly into the tender cabbage
– Steamed Grouper with Scallion Oil, highlighting the freshness of the fish with a delicate, fragrant finish
– Premium Seafood Soup with Dried Scallops, our personal favorite—rich, comforting, and deeply flavorful
We wholeheartedly recommend Lakeshore Hotel Hsinchu to couples looking for a wedding venue. It is a place where beautiful memories are made and cherished for a lifetime.
