We chose the newly renovated Apollo Ballroom, and it was love at first sight—the soaring ceilings and bright, elegant space created a refined yet understated sense of luxury. The banquet cuisine received wonderful feedback from our guests. Due to the busy schedule of the day, we barely had time to enjoy the dishes ourselves, but thanks to the thoughtful service team, everything was carefully packed for us to enjoy afterward.
