We are truly grateful to our banquet coordinator, Cindy, for making our once-in-a-lifetime celebration so smooth and memorable.
From our very first consultation to the end of the wedding banquet, the entire experience was incredibly pleasant. Cindy was always patient in answering every question and remarkably prompt in her responses, giving us great confidence throughout the planning process.
For first-time couples like us, there are so many unknowns when it comes to wedding traditions and planning. Cindy consistently provided thoughtful guidance and professional advice. Even late at night, she remained responsive and supportive—her dedication made us feel truly cared for.
We were originally scheduled to hold our wedding in May 2022, but due to the surge in COVID-19 cases, we had to postpone. During this uncertain time, Cindy was incredibly understanding and accommodating, working closely with us to reschedule. With her support, we were finally able to celebrate our wedding smoothly on September 3, 2022.
We were also pleasantly surprised by the venue’s transformation. Following a major renovation at the end of 2021, the banquet spaces became bright, elegant, and beautifully maintained. What impressed us most was the spacious layout with no obstructed views, a large central LED screen, and dual projection walls—ensuring every guest could fully enjoy the celebration.
During our second entrance, the lighting and audio-visual effects in the Apollo Ballroom created an energetic and unforgettable atmosphere. It truly elevated the entire experience.
In the end, we were able to host a wedding that we will cherish for a lifetime.
