We had visited Lakeshore several times before, and many of our friends and relatives had also held their weddings here. From the very first visit, we were captivated by the elegant architecture—it was simply beautiful, and we loved it instantly.
As most of the bride’s family lives in Taipei, we decided to hold all wedding ceremonies and celebrations within the hotel. We explored and compared multiple venues in Hsinchu, carefully considering both budget and overall value, hoping to find the best combination of service and quality.
During our consultation with Angela from the banquet team, we learned about the venue renovation completed in mid-2021 and the improved menu offerings. Even during the pandemic, Angela was incredibly supportive—working closely with us to accommodate our needs and offering thoughtful solutions. The hotel also provided a dedicated wedding attendant to guide us through each ceremony, which gave us great confidence in our decision to choose Lakeshore Hotel Hsinchu.
Our wedding had to be postponed by six months, and guest numbers fluctuated frequently due to the pandemic. In the two weeks leading up to the wedding, we were in constant communication with Angela. Despite the challenges we caused, she handled everything with patience and care. We truly felt her dedication—she did everything she could to ensure our wedding would be complete and without regret.
What impressed us most was how smoothly everything ran on the day itself. From the morning ceremony at 9:00 AM to the luncheon banquet, the schedule was tight, yet perfectly managed. The wedding attendant and host coordinated every detail seamlessly, ensuring the event flowed without delays and that all guests were well taken care of.
During the banquet, many guests came up to the groom to say how delicious the food was. This made us incredibly happy and proud—after all, our loved ones came to celebrate with us, and being able to offer them a wonderful dining experience meant so much. The dishes served were exactly as excellent as what we had experienced during the tasting.
