My sister held her engagement and wedding banquet at Windsor Castle in 2019. From the very beginning, the banquet team was warm, attentive, and clear in their explanations. The elegant setting and thoughtful service left a deep impression on me—I knew then that I would choose Lakeshore Hotel Hsinchu for my own wedding.
When we began planning our wedding in November 2021, we reserved the venue a year in advance. Due to the pandemic, our celebration was postponed to January 2023. Throughout the entire process, our banquet coordinator, Jean, remained consistently professional, patient, and supportive.
On the wedding day, both the ceremony and banquet went incredibly smoothly. Thanks to Jean’s careful coordination, we were able to simply follow her guidance and fully enjoy each moment without worry. She truly eased our nerves and allowed us to be present for every part of the celebration.
The cuisine at Lakeshore was exceptional—fresh ingredients, generous portions, and beautifully presented. Our guests were full of praise. We chose Leith Castle for our banquet, which had been newly renovated, with enhanced lighting and an elevated sense of elegance. We also added a European-style outdoor ceremony setting, perfect for photography.
Our family was delighted to celebrate once again with Lakeshore, and to have met such a thoughtful and dedicated coordinator. Jean was undoubtedly the key to making our wedding so seamless and memorable.
