Freshly Brewed Tea
Good water creates the ultimate tea flavor.
MAN YUE LOU employs a specially selected dual-stage water filtration technology certified through multiple quality inspections, refining each drop of water to a total hardness level of 30–60 mg/L while removing 19 chemical substances. By preserving essential minerals such as magnesium and calcium, the tea reveals remarkable clarity with a smooth, mellow, and naturally sweet finish.

Inspired by the Hakka tradition of making full use of nature’s ingredients, this tea is crafted from hand-picked organic guava leaves. Rich in guava polyphenols and vitamins, it offers a delicate sweetness with a refined fruity aroma and a smooth lingering finish.

Inspired by the traditional Hakka herbal drink known as “the Hakka people’s coffee,” this blend features mesona as its base, layered with perilla, roasted brown rice, and aged tangerine peel, then delicately accented with osmanthus and longan blossoms. Herbal freshness, roasted grain notes, and floral aromas intertwine to create a mellow sweetness with a silky finish.

The matured aroma of longan intertwines with the rich depth of red dates, unveiling a radiant amber hue. Deep and mellow in character, the tea carries subtle notes of honeyed sweetness, offering a soothing and nourishing experience for both body and mind.

Crafted following traditional Hakka methods, this uniquely Taiwanese compressed tea is refined through the time-honored process of nine rounds of steaming and sun-drying, then carefully aged over time. The infusion reveals a deep, clear amber-brown hue, opening with delicate citrus notes before unfolding into a rich and mellow body with a long-lasting sweet finish.

Mulberry leaves are blended with cinnamon twig, perilla, and houttuynia, then slowly simmered with fresh milk over gentle heat. Layers of herbal freshness and creamy richness unfold gracefully, creating a smooth and soothing cup that subtly reflects the character of the local terroir.
