1. Join Membership
1-1. How to join as a member?
You can join Lakeshore Hotel through one of the following methods. After joining, please click "Bind Membership" and fill in your mobile phone number, name, birthday, and other information. After completing the mobile number verification, you will become a regular member of Lakeshore and start accumulating points.
  • Scan the QR code barcode at the front desk.

A single mobile phone corresponds to only one membership account. Please do not apply or transfer repeatedly to protect member rights.

1-2. How to assist if the mobile phone cannot join the membership by scanning the on-site QR Code barcode?
Please try searching for @lakeshore on LINE, and add the official account "Lakeshore Hotel" as a friend, then bind your phone verification to become a Lakeshore general member.

1-3. Why can't points be accumulated?
You have only added the Lakeshore LINE friend but "have not completed binding membership (filling in personal information)". Please click on "Bind Membership" and fill in your mobile phone number, name, birthday, and other information. After completing the mobile number verification, you will become a general member of Lakeshore and start accumulating points.
1-4. When will the membership gift be credited?
Upon successfully joining and registering as a member for the first time, a welcome gift of 100 points will be directly credited to your account.
1-5. Why am I not receiving the SMS verification code?
Please check if there are settings to block unknown messages or spam messages. If there are settings such as "block or intercept related advertising numbers" or "Do Not Disturb mode," it may cause message sending to fail. You can try the following methods to confirm if blocking is set.
  • Android users: You can first click on "Messages" > "Settings" to adjust.
  • iPhone users: Select "Settings" > "Messages" > "Unknown & Spam" > Set "Filter Unknown Senders" to off.

If you still cannot receive the SMS verification code after operating as mentioned above, please go to the login page, submit your mobile phone number, and click on "Did not receive the verification code?" below. Follow the text instructions to submit the manual activation steps.

2. Points Related
2-1. How much money is needed to accumulate 1 point?
  • General MemberSilver Card MemberFor every spending amount of $100, 1 point can be accumulated.
  • Gold Card MemberFor every $50 spent in a single transaction, 1 point can be accumulated.
  • Black Card MemberFor every spending amount of $30, you can accumulate 1 point.

*1 point is equivalent to 1 New Taiwan Dollar in cash, and can only be used to exchange for member-exclusive vouchers (a minimum of 50 points is required for redeemable items). Each transaction can only be redeemed once (cannot be accumulated for use), and cannot be combined with other promotions.

2-2. How to accumulate points?
Members must provide their mobile phone number to the staff for identity verification when making qualifying purchases to accumulate spending amounts and points.

2-3. What are the consumption categories that do not qualify for point accumulation?
Meal vouchers, group meal reservations, wedding and conference bookings, employee dining discounts, consumption of products sold through partnered delivery platforms, purchase of Lakeshore vouchers (such as 500/1000 vouchers) or ordering tickets and dining discount packages through travel exhibitions are not included in the scope of valid consumption and cannot accumulate points.
2-4. Can points be accumulated across different hotels?
Yes, at all Lakeshore hotels, any items that meet the criteria for valid consumption can accumulate points.
2-5. Can past spending accumulate points?
After checking out, points will not be provided for retroactive entry. Please confirm your membership points at the time of payment to ensure your rights.
2-6. What should I do if I discover an error in point accumulation?
If you find any discrepancies in the accumulated points of your membership, please call the hotel's dedicated line directly and inform the staff of your "receipt" and "member phone number," so that the staff can assist in correcting it.

2-7. How long is the validity period of the points?
The validity period for points accumulated from member spending is 2 years, with June 30 of each year designated as the points settlement date.The points awarded for the event are based on the validity period specified in the event description. If the points expire, they will become invalid and will not be reissued.


*Example of member spending points accumulation: If member A accumulates 100 points on 2025/6/29 and 100 points on 2025/6/30, the 100 points accumulated on 2025/6/29 will expire on 2027/6/29 at 23:59:59, while the 100 points accumulated on 2025/6/30 will expire on 2028/6/29 at 23:59:59.

2-8. How to use membership points?
Can only be used to redeem member-exclusive products or for accommodation/dining discounts (minimum of 50 points to have redeemable items).Each single transaction can only be redeemed once (cannot be accumulated and used together).Cannot be combined with other offers. For detailed usage regulations and precautions, please refer to the description on the coupon to be redeemed.


Members must present their mobile membership card to the on-site staff when selecting items for redemption. The on-site staff will assist in entering the store code for verification. Once the on-site staff confirms the member's eligibility, the redemption can proceed. Points will not be refunded once redeemed.

2-9. Can points be canceled after redemption?
Once points are redeemed, we do not provide a refund service for points.
2-10. Can points be used to fully offset a purchase without any payment?
If the name of the coupon/prize starts with "gift," it can be used in conjunction with other coupons.

*If the name of the coupon/prize includes "discount / accommodation voucher", it cannot be used in conjunction with other "discount / accommodation voucher" offers, and is limited to one use per transaction.

2-11. Can membership points be exchanged for cash?
No. Membership points can only be used to redeem member-exclusive products or for discounts on accommodation/dining.
2-12. Can Ocard points be combined with Lakeshore points for use?
Ocard and Lakeshore are different brands and cannot be used simultaneously.
2-13. Can points be transferred if I don't want to use them?
Membership points are for personal use only. Valid spending can only be accumulated in the member account of the person making the purchase and cannot be split or transferred to others for accumulation.
2-14. How to transfer points when changing to a new phone number?
Changing phone numbers will not automatically transfer the accumulated points.Please complete the membership binding registration using the new phone number first, then inform the hotel staff to change the phone number.(Need to inform new and old phone numbers), the process takes about 5 to 7 working days, and only after that can the new phone number be used for point accumulation.

After the transfer is successful, please use the new phone number for point accumulation and redemption inquiries in the future.

3. Related to Tiered Benefits
3-1. What are the calculation dates and thresholds for membership levels?
The system will retroactively calculate the accumulated spending amount for the past year during consumption.Accumulate spending amount to reach $10,000 to upgrade to Silver Card; reach $30,000 to upgrade to Gold Card; reach $50,000 to upgrade to Black Card.
3-2. How long is the membership validity?
The validity period for general members is invalid, while the validity period for black card, gold card, and silver card members starts from the day after the upgrade and lasts for one year (365 days).You can enter the member center through the Lakeshore official account, click on VIP at the top, view the current membership levels, and click in to see.
3-3. How do Black/Gold/Silver card members renew their membership?
The accumulated spending for membership level upgrade will be counted starting from the day after the upgrade.If the accumulated spending amount reaches the threshold for each membership level within the period (Black Card reaches $50,000 / Gold Card reaches $30,000 / Silver Card reaches $10,000), the membership level can be extended for one year (365 days); when the membership level expires, the system will automatically calculate according to the aforementioned method to renew or convert to the corresponding member status, and issue the corresponding identity level upgrade (renewal) gift.
3-4. When will members receive level notifications?
When a member qualifies for a membership level upgrade, the system will notify them of their status change via Ocard and Line.
3-5. What can be obtained from upgrading (renewing membership)?
  • Black card members will receive an upgrade gift package upon upgrading (renewing membership), which includes 500 points, 5 room upgrade vouchers (including 1 suite upgrade voucher), and 3 late check-out vouchers.
  • Gold card members will receive an upgrade gift package upon upgrading (renewing membership), which includes 2 room upgrade vouchers and 1 late check-out voucher.
3-6. How to use the room upgrade voucher?

Black Card/Gold Card members must go through "}]}Exclusive Services*The upgrade project link for reservation of limited free upgrade projects (Black Card members can reserve through LINE's exclusive concierge service) must be presented with the "Room/Suite Upgrade Voucher" to the staff for verification upon arrival at the accommodation. If the Room/Suite Upgrade Voucher is not presented, the difference in room type will be charged on-site.For detailed usage regulations and precautions, please refer to the description on the voucher.

  • Exclusive service: EnterMembership CenterAfter that, click on "Store Information" and then click on "Exclusive Services" below to enter.
  • Black card and gold card members receive room/suite upgrade vouchers,Only for use with the coupon corresponding to the member's current status.(That is, currently, black card members cannot use the room upgrade voucher for gold card members), and at check-in, they must also meet the membership level requirements for the voucher they wish to use.
  • Room/suite upgrade vouchers are only valid for members to book for themselves and accompanying friends or family. (Black/Gold card members must be accompanied; each room per night requires one upgrade voucher. For example, if booking 2 rooms for an upgrade and staying for two nights, four room upgrade vouchers are required.)
3-7. How to use the late check-out voucher for the guest room?

  • Black card and gold card members' delayed check-out vouchers for guest rooms can only be used according to the member's current status (that is, a black card member cannot use a gold card member's delayed check-out voucher), and the member must meet the membership level requirements for the voucher being used at the time of check-in.
  • The late check-out voucher for guest rooms is only valid for members to book for themselves and accompanying friends or family. (Black/Gold card members must be accompanied, and one late check-out voucher is required per room per night. If booking 2 rooms, then two vouchers must be used.)
3-8. How to receive the Membership Gift?

  • The qualification for accumulating points for accommodation, referred to as "valid consumption," means accommodation expenses booked through the official website or by phone for "official website projects" and cannot be combined with other promotions; expenses incurred using joint accommodation vouchers, corporate vouchers, free accommodation vouchers (the additional amount cannot accumulate points), OTA payments at the hotel, and any bookings through third-party agencies are not included in the scope of valid consumption and will not receive member benefits.
  • The member-exclusive activity QR Code can be scanned at any time during the stay to access the page; however, once the member-exclusive gift is successfully claimed, the button will display "Claimed" and cannot be claimed again; to protect your rights, please keep your room number identification slip (also known as room number card/room number slip) safe to avoid affecting your usage rights.
  • The gift vouchers for the Know You Membership will be automatically determined by the system based on the membership phone number you entered when accessing the exclusive gift page, and will be sent according to your membership level.
3-9. What is the content of the acquaintance membership gift?
Black/Gold/Silver card members can use their membership card and the acquaintance membership voucher,You can exchange for a serving of the "Chef's Special Snack" exclusive to this restaurant.
4. Birthday Privileges
4-1. When is the birthday gift issued?

Starting from 2025/10/1,Before the 5th of the month at the beginning of the month one month before the member's birthday.The system will uniformly issue "exclusive birthday gift vouchers for accommodation/dining/gift shop for members," and will send "Birthday Gift for Staying" vouchers based on the member level (Silver card level and above) on the day of issuance.

*If a new member joins during their birthday month or the following month, they will receive a birthday gift voucher within 2 days after joining (the expiration date is subject to what is indicated on the voucher).

4-2. Why didn't I receive the birthday gift voucher?

If you fill in the wrong birth month when registering, and the system has already sent birthday gift vouchers for the incorrect birth month, after you modify to the correct birth month, you will need to wait.Next fiscal yearYou will only receive it one month before your birthday.

  • Please fill in the correct information during registration.
  • For example: If a member registers with a birthday of 9/1 (the system has already sent a birthday gift voucher at the beginning of August), and later the member changes their birthday to 11/1, the system will send a birthday gift voucher at the beginning of October "next year."
4-3. What is the content of the birthday gift?
  • General members: $200 off accommodation, $100 off dining with a minimum spend of $500, and $50 off at the gift shop with a minimum spend of $200.
  • Silver Card Members: $200 off accommodation and birthday gift upon arrival, $100 off dining with a minimum spend of $500, and $50 off at the gift shop with a minimum spend of $200.
  • Gold Card Member: Accommodation discount of $400 and birthday gift during stay, $150 off for dining over $500, and $50 off for purchases over $200 at the gift shop.
  • Black Card Members: Accommodation discount of $600 and birthday gift for staying, $200 off for dining over $500, and $100 off for purchases over $200 at the gift shop.
4-4. How to redeem birthday benefits?

From the month before your birthday until the 4th of the month following your birthday, you can enjoy exclusive birthday rewards at Lakeshore with a voucher.

When redeeming, please actively present your identification and gift voucher to the staff for verification and confirmation. If the staff does not process the gift voucher redemption, it will be considered invalid, and you will not be able to enjoy the corresponding service, and the voucher will not be reissued.

  • Accommodation discounts and birthday gifts for guests: Limited to individual guests, applicable for reservations made through the official website/phone and for stays, not limited to specific packages. (Black card members can also make reservations through LINE VIP customer service.)
  • Dining discount: For dine-in only, each table can redeem with a bill of $500 or more, and splitting tables or bills is not allowed.
  • Discount at Shihpin Selection Store: Each purchase invoice over $200 can be used for redemption, and splitting invoices is not allowed.
