[Member Rights Activity Methods and Explanations] Member Regulations and Terms
- Membership Enrollment Instructions:
- Please first join the "Lakeshore Hotel" LINE official account. After joining, click on "Bind Membership" and fill in your mobile number, name, birthday, and other information. After verifying your mobile number, you will become a general member of Lakeshore and can start accumulating points.※A single mobile phone corresponds to only one member account. Please do not apply or transfer repeatedly to protect member rights.Join now
- Upon successfully joining and registering as a member, a welcome gift of 100 points will be directly credited to your account.
- Membership points accumulation cannot be retroactive. Consumption at any of the Lakeshore hotels before becoming a member cannot be accumulated or exchanged for points.
- Membership points can only be used to exchange for member-exclusive vouchers.
- Membership points are for personal use only. Valid spending can only be accumulated in the member account of the person making the purchase and cannot be split or transferred to others for accumulation.
- Consumption/Point Accumulation/Point Redemption Rules:
- Members can accumulate spending amounts and points by providing their mobile phone number for identity verification at the time of checkout for eligible spending items (hereinafter referred to as "valid spending"). General members and silver card members can accumulate 1 point for every $100 (including tax) spent in a single transaction, gold card members can accumulate 1 point for every $50 (including tax) spent in a single transaction, and black card members can accumulate 1 point for every $30 (including tax) spent in a single transaction.
- Membership points can be accumulated or redeemed across different venues.
- Each member point is equivalent to NT$1 in cash and can be used to exchange for member-exclusive vouchers (items available for exchange start from a minimum of 50 points). Each transaction can only use the points for exchange once (cannot be accumulated or combined), and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions. For detailed usage regulations and precautions, please refer to the description on the voucher to be exchanged (members must show the item to be exchanged to the staff on site, who will assist in entering the store code for redemption. After the staff confirms the member's eligibility, the exchange can be made. Once exchanged, points cannot be refunded).
- After checking out, points cannot be re-registered. Please confirm your membership points at the time of payment to ensure your rights.
- Valid purchases that qualify for point accumulation are as follows:
- Group hotel official website or phone booking:
- 於Official website or phoneOnly accommodation expenses for booking the "official website project" can accumulate points and cannot be combined with other discounts; expenses using the Lakeshore staff discount, joint accommodation vouchers, corporate vouchers, free accommodation vouchers (the additional payment amount cannot accumulate points), OTA payment upon arrival, and any bookings from third-party organizations are not included in the valid consumption range and cannot accumulate points.
- After deducting accommodation vouchers or any form of discount coupons, the consumption amount after the discount will be calculated based on the actual invoice amount that can be issued for points recognition.
- The accumulation rules for the official website housing projects are based on the descriptions of each project.
- Each order is limited to one designated actual guest for accumulating points, and points cannot be split, merged with others' orders, accumulated repeatedly, or transferred to others.
- Dining consumption:
- Restaurant general cash/credit card consumption, birthday dining discounts (such as discounts for friends dining together), additional purchases, gift boxes and similar expenses (such as ordering pineapple cake gift boxes, double sauce gift boxes, pre-ordering festive cakes and rice dumplings, mooncakes, etc.), takeout self-pickup bento and meal takeout can all accumulate points.
- After deducting meal vouchers or any form of discount coupons, the amount of dining expenses after the deduction will be calculated based on the 【actual payment amount】 for point recognition.
- Select Shop:Hsinchu Lakeside Pavilion / Tainan Pavilion / Yilan Pavilion / Su'ao Pavilion Shih Pin Selection Store, Hualien Taroko Mountain Wide Pavilion - Woye Book Room, Hualien Pavilion Traveler Selection, on-site product purchases can accumulate points.
- Lakeshore Life Online Shopping (Lakeshore E-commerce):Orders placed on living.lakeshore.com.tw starting from 2024/4/15 will be eligible for point accumulation.
- Lakeshore Life members must first register as Lakeshore Ocard members and both sides must be registered with the same mobile phone number in order to accumulate points.
- Points are calculated based on the actual payment amount after deducting relevant discounts and offers.
- Points will be sent out 10-15 days after pickup.and calculate the points based on the current membership level status according to the points.If some products are returned, the points will be deducted based on the return amount at the time of the refund.
- Group hotel official website or phone booking:
- Consumption that does not qualify for point accumulation:Meal vouchers, group meal orders, wedding banquet and conference reservations, employee dining discounts, purchases from partnered delivery platforms, purchases of Lakeshore vouchers (such as 500/1000 vouchers) or ticket packages for food and beverage discounts ordered through travel exhibitions are not included in the scope of valid consumption and cannot accumulate points.
- The points accumulated by members for consumption have a validity period of 2 years, with June 30 of each year being the point settlement date.The validity of the activity bonus points is based on the description of the activity. If the points expire, they will be invalidated and will not be reissued. Example of member spending points accumulation: If member A accumulates 100 points on 2025/6/29 and another 100 points on 2025/6/30, the 100 points accumulated on 2025/6/29 will expire on 2027/6/29 at 23:59:59, while the 100 points accumulated on 2025/6/30 will expire on 2028/6/29 at 23:59:59.
- Membership level identification:
Using the last transaction record, calculate the accumulated spending amount for the past year.Accumulate spending amount to reach $10,000 to upgrade to Silver Card; reach $30,000 to upgrade to Gold Card; reach $50,000 to upgrade to Black Card. - Membership validity period:
General members have no expiration date, while black card, gold card, and silver card members have a validity period of one year (365 days) starting from the day after the upgrade.;The accumulated consumption for membership level upgrades is calculated from the day after the upgrade.If the accumulated spending amount reaches the threshold for each membership level within the period (Black Card reaches $50,000 / Gold Card reaches $30,000 / Silver Card reaches $10,000), the membership level can be extended for one year (365 days); when the membership level expires, the system will automatically calculate according to the aforementioned method to renew or convert to the corresponding membership status, and issue the corresponding upgrade gift for the membership level (renewal). - Birthday privileges:
Starting from 2025/10/1,Before the 5th of the month, one month prior to the member's birthday.The system will uniformly issue "birthday gift vouchers exclusive to accommodation/dining/gift shop members," and will send "birthday gifts for guests" vouchers based on the member level (silver card level and above) on the day of issuance; from the month before the birthday month until the 4th of the month following the birthday, guests can present the voucher at Lakeshore to enjoy exclusive birthday rewards.
When redeeming, please proactively present your identification and gift voucher to the staff for verification and confirmation. If the gift voucher is not verified by the staff, it will be considered invalid, and you will not be able to enjoy the corresponding service, and the voucher will not be reissued.- Accommodation discounts and birthday gifts for guests.:Limited to individual guests, reservations made through the official website/phone and checked in can be redeemed without project restrictions. (Black card members can also make reservations through LINE VIP customer service.)
- Dining discount: For dine-in only, each table can redeem with a single receipt of $500 or more, and splitting tables or bills is not allowed.
- Discount at Shippin Selection Store: Each purchase invoice of $200 or more can be used for a discount, and splitting the bill is not allowed.

*If a new member joins during their birthday month or the following month, they will receive a birthday gift voucher within 2 days after joining (the validity period is based on what is indicated on the voucher).
- Acquaintance Member Gift:
Members with black/gold/silver cards who meet the qualification for accumulating points through "valid consumption" during their stay canScan the room number identification slip (also known as room number card/room number slip) attached with the room card, and after entering the page via the "Member Exclusive Activity QR Code," input your member mobile number to access the exclusive gift redemption page. Click the "Redeem" button on the page, and you will receive a "Membership Gift Voucher" in your account.With the voucher, you can exchange for the corresponding level of welcome gift. ※ If you check in through the self-service kiosk, the member-exclusive event QR code will be printed along with the invoice and other related vouchers after the payment is completed.- The qualification for accumulating points through accommodation, referred to as "valid consumption," means that the accommodation expenses must be booked through the official website or by phone under the "official website project" and cannot be combined with other discounts; expenses incurred using joint accommodation vouchers, corporate vouchers, free accommodation vouchers (the additional payment amount also cannot accumulate points), OTA payment upon arrival, or bookings through any third-party organizations are not included in the scope of valid consumption and will not qualify for member benefits.
- The member-exclusive event QR Code can be scanned at any time during your stay to access the page; however, once a member-exclusive gift is successfully claimed, the button will display "Claimed" and cannot be claimed again; to protect your rights, please keep your room number identification slip (also known as room number card/room number slip) safe to avoid affecting your usage rights.
- The gift voucher for the Know You Membership will be automatically determined by the system based on the member's phone number entered when you access the exclusive gift page, and will be sent according to the membership level.
- Black Card Member Upgrade (Renewal) Gift:
Upon upgrading (renewing membership), you will receive an upgrade gift package, which includes 500 points, 5 room upgrade vouchers (including one suite upgrade voucher), and 3 late check-out vouchers.- "Room/Suite Upgrade Voucher"需透過「Exclusive service*The upgrade project link or LINE VIP concierge customer service can reserve a limited free upgrade project. After arriving at the accommodation, present the "Room/Suite Upgrade Voucher" for the staff to verify. If the Room/Suite Upgrade Voucher is not presented, the difference in room type will be charged on-site.
*Exclusive Services: After entering the member center, click on "Store Information," then click on "Exclusive Services" below to enter. - Late Check-Out VoucherReservations must be made through the official website or LINE VIP concierge service. When booking a room, please note 【Membership Card Type - Late Check-out Service】, or call the accommodation or LINE VIP concierge service one day before check-in to reserve the free late check-out service. Present the "Room Delay Check-out Voucher" to the staff for verification. If the Room Delay Check-out Voucher is not presented, a late check-out fee will be charged on-site.
- Room/suite upgrade vouchers and late check-out vouchers are only available for members to redeem for their own and accompanying friends and family stays. (Black card members must be accompanied by the member themselves, and one voucher is required per room per night. For example, if two rooms are upgraded and booked for two consecutive nights, four upgrade vouchers must be used.) Please refer to the voucher description for detailed usage regulations and precautions.
- "Room/Suite Upgrade Voucher"需透過「Exclusive service*The upgrade project link or LINE VIP concierge customer service can reserve a limited free upgrade project. After arriving at the accommodation, present the "Room/Suite Upgrade Voucher" for the staff to verify. If the Room/Suite Upgrade Voucher is not presented, the difference in room type will be charged on-site.
- Gold Card Member Upgrade (Renewal) Gift:
Upon upgrading (renewing membership), you will receive an upgrade gift pack, which includes 2 room upgrade vouchers and 1 late check-out voucher.- Room Upgrade Voucher需透過「Exclusive services*The upgrade project link for reservation of limited free upgrades can be accessed. After arriving at the accommodation, present the "Room Upgrade Voucher" for the staff to verify. If the Room Upgrade Voucher is not presented, the difference in room type will be charged on-site.
*Exclusive Services: After entering the member center, click on "Store Information," then click on the "Exclusive Services" below to enter. - Late check-out voucherReservations must be made through the official website, and when booking, please note 【Membership Card Type - Late Check-Out Service】, or call the accommodation department one day before check-in to reserve the free late check-out service. Present the "Room Late Check-Out Voucher" to the staff for verification. If the Room Late Check-Out Voucher is not presented, a late check-out fee will be charged on-site.
- Room upgrade vouchers and late check-out vouchers are limited to members who book for themselves and accompanying friends or family. (Gold card members must be accompanied, and one voucher is required for each room per night. For example, if booking 2 rooms for an upgrade and staying for 2 nights, 4 room upgrade vouchers are required.) Please refer to the voucher description for detailed usage regulations and notes.
- Room Upgrade Voucher需透過「Exclusive services*The upgrade project link for reservation of limited free upgrades can be accessed. After arriving at the accommodation, present the "Room Upgrade Voucher" for the staff to verify. If the Room Upgrade Voucher is not presented, the difference in room type will be charged on-site.
- Black card and gold card members can only use room/suite upgrade vouchers and late check-out vouchers corresponding to their current membership status (that is, a black card member cannot use a gold card member's room upgrade or late check-out vouchers).and must meet the membership level requirements for the coupons to be used at the time of check-in.。
